Our client approach is not just one of selling insurance. Our initial analysis takes a Risk Management approach. Our program is as follows:

• We identify risk and hazards of loss including but not limited to
• Physical
• Environmental
• Behavioral
• Contractual


• Where possible, we recommend the elimination or mitigation of risk;
• When possible we recommend the transfer of residual risk via contractual insurance requirements, indemnification and hold harmless agreements. We have on staff Kevin Rulis, Esq. to assist in contractual analysis to accomplish this goal;
• Through physical loss control inspections and loss trend analysis, we recommend programs to control the risk of loss;
• We are state- approved to set up and manage safety committees including the annual training of participants; and
• Lastly, we tailor an insurance program and present it to underwriters for their quotation. When we present our analysis to them, we find that our accounts are very well received by underwriters and we are able to offer broad coverages at very competitive rates.

The insurance premium is not the final cost of a Risk Management and Insurance program. The final cost is what happens over a multi- year program. Premiums, loss control costs, claim payments, consequential claim costs and the impacts on employee morale and customer perception all are part of the programs ultimate cost. By identifying, eliminating, minimizing, transferring and managing risks, the long term costs are controlled.
